Pastor
Bradley Yops, Lead Pastor
Brad has a degree in architecture from Lawrence Technological
University and a master of divinity degree from Concordia Theological
Seminary. He is the founding pastor of NewLife Community Lutheran
Church in Swartz Creek. Brad and his wife Jan have been married
for 31 years and have three children Alison, Lauren, and Jack.

Dave
Rossow, Director of Outreach
Dave is a graduate of Ferris State University and has
worked in the factory automation business for 26 years—10
of those years he ran his own company. Dave has a heart for
lost people and loves developing ways to reach out to our
community. He and his wife Nancy, have been married for 27
years and have three children, Lindsay, Michael and Laura.

Sue
Ausen, Director of Ministries
Sue is a graduate of Alma College with a degree in Chemistry
and worked as a Chemist in GM's Research Lab. Sue has been in
church work for the past 10 years. She enjoys working with many
people and loves watching them grow as they serve our risen
Lord. She and her husband John have been married for 34 years
and have 4 children, Katrina, Brad, Amanda and Angi. They also
have 3 grandchildren.
